Lumen Field in Seattle's SoDo neighborhood — best known as the home of the NFL's Seahawks — also hosts the Seattle Reign in the NWSL, sharing the venue with the Seattle Sounders in MLS. The stadium holds around 37,700 for soccer, configured from the NFL capacity of 68,740. The Reign draw strong crowds by NWSL standards, and the large venue gives the club room to grow into one of the sport's top atmospheres.
The SoDo location is excellent for transit — the Link Light Rail stops at Stadium station, right outside the venue, connecting downtown Seattle to the stadiums in minutes. The surrounding area has sports bars and restaurants along Occidental Avenue S, and Pioneer Square is a short walk for more dining options. The club benefits from the established infrastructure and transit access of a major shared venue.
Outside beverages are not allowed. Exceptions: clear, plastic, factory-sealed water bottles (non-enhanced, non-flavored, non-carbonated), baby bottles, medical beverages, and unopened soft-sided single-serve containers (e.g. juice boxes).
Outside food in a clear plastic bag or pizza in a pizza box is allowed (food must be single serving). Outside food not permitted in suites.
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" are permitted. A small non-clear clutch up to 4.5" x 6.5" is also allowed.
Main Concourse - Seattle's legendary seafood institution brings clam chowder and fish & chips to Lumen Field. The chowder bread bowl on a cold Seattle evening is one of the most satisfying stadium foods in the NWSL.
South Concourse - Pacific Northwest-style barbecue with smoked meats and locally sourced sides. The brisket sandwich is the standout, and the portions are generous.
Multiple bars throughout - Lumen Field has one of the best craft beer selections of any stadium in the country. Georgetown Brewing, Fremont Brewing, and Elysian are all well-represented on tap. The Elysian Space Dust IPA is ubiquitous for a reason.
Main Concourse - Pike Place Chowder's presence at Lumen makes it one of few stadiums in the league offering genuine destination-quality food from a beloved local brand. The clam chowder is as good as it is at the Market.
In the Stands offers apparel for fans who enjoy visiting ballparks and stadiums. While we all have our favorite teams, there are times when they aren't the ones playing. Our goal is to create a sense of community and camaraderie whenever you see someone wearing In the Stands apparel.
