Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey serves as home to NJ/NY Gotham FC in the NWSL, sharing the venue with the New York Red Bulls. The stadium opened in 2010 and holds 25,000 fans in a purpose-built soccer ground — one of the better soccer-specific stadiums in the country with steep sightlines, a covered bowl, and excellent pitch proximity throughout.
The location is extremely convenient for New York-area fans — the PATH train runs from Newark Penn Station to Harrison Station right next to the ground, connecting to Manhattan in under an hour. Gotham FC draws strong crowds for a top NWSL club, and the combination of a quality venue and accessible location makes it one of the more fan-friendly setups in the league.
